    2. Dr. Ouellette’s Wellness Web Assessment, the Canadian Holistic Online Consultation questionnaire, a unique online assessment.

The online assessment looks for important lifestyle behaviours, the Pain Relief Diet, antioxidant needs, and osteoporosis risk among others. Of course, of prime importance are the Five Pillars of Optimal Health Secrets.

Those people who are familiar with this will note that of the ten foods that Health Canada has targeted as high priority allergens, five of then are on the Pain Relief Diet avoid list. People looking to fine tune their personal Pain Relief Diet can add the other foods to see if they gain an added improvement. These other foods that they can avoid are Tree nuts, Sesame seeds, Seafood, Sulfites, and Mustard in addition to the Pain Relief Diet avoid foods.
