What wellness plan is best for me?
Wellness requires some level of work. Different people work differently. Some people are more persistent than
others and more particular with detail. Some people work well alone, while others work well with other people. So,
a lot depends on you. However, your starting point is critically important. If you have a lot of health issues
already, to start with, physically, emotionally, mentally (attitude and perspective), then more time will be
required and more help will be needed.
We have a ballpark rule of thumb based on clinical experience. If you are already fit and already do many things
to stay fit, then you will likely need about two hours of workshop time to grasp the basic principles and lock in a
plan for your future wellness. If you don’t fall into that first category then you will need four hours or more in
workshop time. Because of this, we have designed both a two hour and four hour workshop module.
People who can work on there own very efficiently can use the wellness numbers they receive in Dr. Ouellette’s
Wellness Knowledge Calculator then purchase the two workbooks and their Wellness Report of Findings then improve
themselves on their own. If they take Dr. Ouellette’s Wellness Knowledge Calculator again in three months they will
see where their first set of scores compare to their second set. The Wellness Progress Chart holds five sets of 38
scores. Help is always available in either workshops or in fee for service wellness care that we call Health Advice
Therapy.
How can I achieve optimal results? There are secrets to learn. Understanding the Blood Flow
issue would be the first secret to grasp. Optimal results come with applying all know science. Skipping some of the
science for one reason or another will result in less than optimal results. So, the goal is to apply as much of the
science as possible. That science can be learned by taking Dr. Ouellette’s Wellness Knowledge Calculator and then
purchasing either a Wellness Workshop, or the Wellness Report of Findings that applies to the last Wellness
Knowledge Calculator assessment taken. All Wellness Workshops include a copy of the Wellness Report of
Findings.

2. Purchasing the four hour Wellness Workshop,
3. Purchasing both of Dr. Ouellette’s books, (discussed in workshop orientation),

people with four hours of direct contact with Dr. Ouellette and all the tools to get going.
