About Us

This blog was inaugurated on Tuesday March 20, 2012. It serves all of our networked web sites.

Health Advice Therapy is a new web site and service industry, dedicated to providing self help strategies that target the Pain Relief Lifestyle, the Pain Relief Diet, and Optimal Health Secrets. A HEALTHY health care system is our goal. Professional level health advice is now available online. We offer a self-help client-centred focus.

Our home base is located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada where local people can contact us for an in-office visit if they prefer that approach. However, the premise of our internet service is that you need not appear in our office at all. We can provide Health Advice Therapy over the internet no matter where you live.

Our program has been developed over the last several decades using scientific research and professional best opinion. Most all health care is delivered that way today. Our experience covers four decades of helping people manage pain and learn optimal health secrets. We blend experience in manual medicine, nutrition, sports injuries, lasers, and acupuncture to formulate a process that helps people discover where they are at in the optimal health continuum.

The concept of putting numbers down to optimal health took a long time develop and it took a long time to create the program as we have it today. We are proud that our program can provide guidance to people to help them help themselves and stay on the roadway to optimal health secrets. We believe this is the first time anyone has defined optimal health and put numbers to it. Much debate centres around what actually constitutes optimal health. Our approach is to focus on things that most people can willingly improve in their lifestyle, always guided by science and professional best opinion.

This blog is a place where people can listen to what we have to say, they can interact with us, and other people, on their own time line.

We would like to introduce you to Health Advice Therapy. Information about yourself is key to staying healthy. We provide a format for you to organise health behaviour information about yourself in an anonymous fashion. Our niches are natural self help pain relief and optimal health wellness. We teach Optimal Health Secrets that people can use to help themselves relief pain naturally and get on the roadway to optimal health wellness.

There is lots of information in the median now days on health care. We help people sift through that information and build behaviour changes for themselves that lead toward a longer, healthier, happier life. We feature a diet created for natural pain relief called Dr. Ouellette’s Pain Relief Diet. We teach people special pain relief exercises and self help tolerance level keys.

To get started we have created the Canadian Holistic Online Consultation at www.TheQ.ca/register. After that contact us for one of our three Health Advice Therapy Workshops. We help people get started along the roadway to optimal health wellness.

  1. This website makes the difference, not all bloggers have the gift to explain in some worlds something so perplexing.

    • I have started hainvg major back pain, mainly in my lower back, but have never been to a doctor for it. Unfortunately in high school I chose to march a tuba in band for three years straight about 20-25 hrs. a week. I am only 4’10 and 105 lbs. Also, I am a waitress and I have to carry 50-60 lb. trays all day full of food. I have tried taking advil, tylenol w/codeine, ibuprofen- everything, even stonger stuff. Nothing has worked, except for my father’s vicodin which he lets me take on occasion. I want to go to the doctor and have him help me with this problem, but I don’t want to come off as a drug-addicted young person begging for pills, but so far vicodin is the only thing that has seemed to do the trick. And I don’t like going to the chiropractor, I just feel uncomfortable with someone touching my back and it cures the pain for a day then it comes back. So I don’t know how to tell the doc that I can’t get physical help with it.I dont really believe in taking pills, but lately vicodin has been wonderful to me. What do doctors usually prescribe or recommend for back pain? What do I do?oh I’m 20 by the way
